Avocado Recipes: Guacamole is a traditional Mexican food. Avocado is the main ingredient for guacamole. Guacamole recipe is same as Indian Chutneys just, mix all the ingredients and serve. Avocado, lemon, jalapeno, and coriander leaves are mandatory for guacamole. Other than onion, some people add tomatoes and corn.
I first tasted Guacamole at a Mexican restaurant in North America from then I fell in love with Mexican food. Actually, Mexican Cuisine has become my third favorite Cuisine. Mexico is a bordering country of North America. Hence, Mexican food is popular in North America. In Mexico, Guacamole is served as a dip with corn chips and as a side with rice, beans, and meat. But in North America, Guacamole is stuffed inside the tacos and burritos. Tacos and burritos are the Americanized Mexican food.
