Whole Wheat Avocado Tortilla recipe is a healthy version of a Mexican flour tortilla. Avocado is a fruit with a good source of plant-based protein and fat. This green-looking gorgeous fruit is not only healthy, but the creaminess of the fruit also makes any dish delicious. I love avocados so much my morning breakfasts are mostly avocado toast made with Texas toast bread or Garlic Italian loaf. Every time I buy avocados, I can’t wait until they are ripe and ready to eat.

I always look for innovative ideas to include avocados in my diet. If you’re looking for new healthier ways to use avocados rather than guacamole, avocado toast, this Whole wheat avocado tortilla would be the best start. Without adding any extra fat like butter, oil, or leavening agents, the fat from the Avocado itself makes the tortilla so soft and tortilla flavorful.
