Ingredients
- 2 TBSP of chili powder
- 2 TSP of Black pepper powder
- 3 TSP of Cumin powder
- 1 TSP of Garlic Powder
- 1 TSP of Onion Powder
- 1/2 TSP of Oregano leaves, crush them in your palm
- 1 TSP of Paprika
- 1/4 TSP of Cayenne Peppers
- 1/2 TSP of Red Chili Flakes
Procedure:
1. Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Store them in a container, use whenever needed. You can use to make stir fried vegetables or to marinate meat/Fish or add to the rice dishes for extra flavor.
