Paneer is everybody’s go-to side dish for chapati/naan for vegetarians but, if you think we always repeat the same paneer dishes again and again. So to increase your paneer recipe list I am sharing Paneer, corn and capsicum Masala, a quick and simple paneer side dish for chapathi. Paneer is a good source of protein especially if you’re a vegetarian and it makes any dish delicious. Paneer has a soft, cheesy and, mild taste that is why Kids love good paneer recipes. Though this recipe is a simple and basic recipe, the selection of veggies and my homemade garam masala makes Paneer masala so rich and delicious.

Ingredients :
- 200 soft paneer(small Pieces)
- 2 onion, chopped
- 1 tomato(paste)
- 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
- 3 tbsp oil
- required salt
- 1/4 turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 Homemade garam Masala powder
- 1/4 cup sweet corn(precooked)
- 1/2 green peppers/capsicum(chopped)
- 1/2 cup water
Procedure:
1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion until soft and golden.
2. Next, add the tomato paste and saute till it is well be cooked about 3 minutes.
3. Add the spice powders and salt then, mix for a second.
4. Now, add the capsicum and sweet corn and cook until the capsicum is slightly soft about 2 minutes or so.
5. Then add the paneer and mix well for a second Check the seasoning and add the water. Let the Masala cook for 3 minutes or so and turn off the stove.
6. Serve the Paneer, corn and capsicum masala with chapathi or use it to stuff the dosa.
