Spicy and Sweet habanero turkey sandwich is inspired by Domino’s Mango habanero Sauce. My husband and I love the habanero peppers. From now on, you may see more recipes using habanero peppers. I buy fresh habanero peppers from Walmart, Harris Teeter, and Food Lion. Habanero peppers are very spicy, do not touch the peppers with bare fingers, use gloves, and wash your hands with soap.
Leftovers after a party are life savers for the host for the next few days, but convincing the family members to eat the same food for consecutive days isn’t easy. For the 2022 thanksgiving, I have decided not to waste even a piece of leftovers, so I prepared a few recipes ideas beforehand. I am going to share other leftover recipes ASAP. My family loved all the thanksgiving leftover dishes I’ve cooked so far. The written recipes for the leftover dishes are just an idea, keep the recipe as a guideline and make adjustments as you like. Also, there is no written procedure, please check the video as the cooking method is very straight forward. Like you can use any leftover meats, spices of your choice, replace the bread with burger buns and so on.

Ingredients :
- Bread of your choice
- 1- large onion
- 1 to 1.5 tbsp of oil
- 250 grams of Leftover Turkey meat or any meat of your choice
- 1/4 Habanero, finely minced ( If you can handle spicy food, increase the habanero)
- Spinach/lettuce
- Mayonnaise
- Cheese
Sauce:
- 1/4 cup barbecue Sauce( I used sweet n spicy)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 tsp of Salt if required( adjust salt based on the salt in the meat)
