Tawa Chicken Recipe

Tawa Chicken recipe is a delicious chicken dry dish. It is called tawa chicken because the boneless chicken thigh is fried on a flat iron griddle with the spices. It is a delicious alternative for deep fried starters. I usually serve the Tawa chicken fry with  curd rice, Rasam rice, sambhar rice and, chapathi. Sometimes I serve it with the veg biryani. I have quite a version of biryani recipe do check out recipe here.

In my opinion the flavor for this tawa chicken comes from Iron tawa and the homemade garam Masala. if you’re making tawa chicken which you should please, use this Homamade garam Masala. I call it as Magic Masala.

6. To avoid food sticking into the iron pan, in between, mix the chicken and masala very well.
7. When the Masala starts to thicken, increase the frequency of mixing.
8. Continue to cook, until the raw smell of chicken and veggies are gone.
