6 Curry leaves
3 to 4 medium-size green chili
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Pinch of hing
2 cups of thick curd or Plant based Yogurt for Vegan version
1/4 cup of water
20 to 25 medium-size Okra/Lady’s finger
1/2 tsp of coriander powder
2 sticks of finely chopped coriander leaves
