Maggie Masala is an Indian Instant Noodles by Nestle an European company.
Ingredients:
1 TBSP
1 small onion
1 medium tomato, remove the seeds
1 medium carrot julienne
1/4 of green bell pepper
5 mushrooms
2 pack of Maggie noodles
1/4 of salt
1/2 to 1 tsp of black pepper powder
1/4 cup of frozen green peas
7 green beans
water
Procedure
1. Add the Maggi masala to a cup, to that add black pepper powder, mix well. Break the lumps if any, keep it ready to use later.
2. In a pan heat some oil, to that add onion, carrot, green beans, and salt. Saute them for 2 to 3 minutes or until the vegetables are soft.
3. Add mushrooms, green peppers, and tomato to the pan saute them for 2 minutes.
4. Add the green peas, give them a quick stir and transfer the vegetables to a plate.
5. In the same pan add sufficient water so that noodles immerse. Bring the water to boil, Add the noodles to the boiling water(do not break the noodles). Let the noodles cook, do not disturb the noodles for a minute.
6. Now with a fork separate the noodles and again cook them for one more minutes or until the noodles curves become soft and bouncy.
7. Drain the excess water, reserve about 1/4 cup of water in the pan.
8. Reduce the flame to medium-low, Keep the pan on the stove, Move the noodles to a corner and water to another corner, Add the vegetables over the noodle, Add the Maggi masala to the water in the pan, dissolve the masala in the water. Finally, Mix noodles, veggies, and Maggi masala altogether.
Note:
For soupy noodles reserve 3/4 cup of water and drain the rest
